Jurgen Brauer

J. Brauer was born in Berlin, Germany. An internationally renowned scholar in the field of conflict, peace, and security economics, he has been a consultant to numerous governments, international organizations, and nonprofit organizations. He has spent most of his academic career as a business school professor in the USA and has held visiting professorships in Australia, Asia, Europe, and South America. He and his Colombian-born wife also own a consulting business serving clients from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
