Change may originate from new technology, disruptive economic forces, changing political circumstances, and changing consumer and employee expectations. Realigning an organization and individuals with these forces for change is the major challenge for organizational leadership today.
This course will prepare a student to better manage change in his or her organization. Proven techniques and enlightening theories of managing change in an organization are presented. The course uses modern techniques of education, involving on-line presentations, videos, games, and learning progress assessments. It offers the student maximum flexibility in when and where he or she does the work of the course.
